What is the RMA (Return of Merchandise) rule?

RMA if needed, must be done within 14 days after delivery is received. We will provide you with shipping tag free of cost. The item(s) need to be in a new condition and re-delivered in the original box. Any damage caused by user after delivery received cannot be returned. RMA includes certain conditions: Physical fault of the unit existing from the time of production, incompatibility issues, and damage during delivery.
